In this dare, the person below gets to decide your parental controls for a pre-determined amount of time. This can either be done with parental controls that allow remote control in which case the controller gets to change the email and password or with other parental controls with proof that they are locked down.

Lock your phone in a locker at School for an entire Weekend! Then, when you get back to School, take it and lock it at home. Hahaha! :D
