I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but how about: Before you change your diaper next you must hump something until you edge. Get your diaper nice an full then decorate your self with you abc clothespins. Use all 26. Leave them on for 5 minutes. Now remove them in order but you have to say a word that starts with the letter you are removing then give yourself spanks right below your diaper equal to the number of letters in the word you chose.
