Ladies Help me lose some weight
 

Ok. So there if often one of these floating around here...

I am 33yr old australian male.

I live in a mining camp.
We have a gym.
We also have full food bar..

I am 106kg. 5'11 - 6ft ish

I work 5am to 5pm 14 days in a row then get 7 days off back home.

I have begun making my food intake healthier (swapped out large plate for a small bowl at dinner time.
Make a salad and ham sandwich for lunch an a apple and pear.

I have always been big. But i would like to get back under 100... and love to get back under 90kg.

Trouble is i am fairly lazy.

My work day is mostly full (have complete access to smart phone kik etc)

But after work i hardly ever feel motivated enough to go do exercise.

I am hoping that i can get the motivation needed through some sort of dare/task punishment reward system.

I have kik ( adelaide_guy) and am willing to give most things a shot.

Cant risk job or reputation so face pic are probably out.

Looking for a female help me achieve this goal.

I dont know if this will work but willing to give it a try.
