Just curious, does anyone know what the laws in your area are regarding outfits like this? Would it be considered public nudity or would it be considered fully clothed?

I'd say just my underwear. Can always make something up regarding being locked out, hope no one sees you or go somewhere quiet.:D

The outfit looks modest enough, so I would probably go for that.

When I was in Thailand I went to the beach in a very see thru pair of black shorts. So a little of both?
