Keeps saying "upload of file failed"?

pic jpg 168x168 7.8 Kb (all within the requirements)?

I already compressed the photo and im posting using laptop Chrome

Last time this happened I think there was an issue with the server being recently migrated. Not sure what your issue is specifically. Could you try a different photo? If you are having the same issue with a different photo, report back so that when a member of staff picks this up they can see its not picture specific.
