You will need a long thin rope, 3 small bottles of water, tooth
paste, a vibe, 2 rubber bands, a padlock, and a pair of scissors.

First, lock a pair of scissors to a padlock a half an hour walk from
your home (or parking place for your bike/car) in a public place.
Tie the padlock key to your left ankle, with a knot that you can
easily untie with one hand (test it first) but hard enough so that
it won't fall off by itself.

Drink 3 small bottles of water. No peeing after that!

Tie a rope harness similar to this picture
but first have tooth paste applied richly on your nipples and
in your 2 holes and clit, panties in your mouth, vibe attached
and rubber bands around your breasts. Over all this, wear no
underwear or pants, only shirt, skirt and shoes; no one will notice.

Lock yourself out of your house and tie your house key (or
bike/car key, if you decided to begin from your bike/car) to your
right ankle, permanently (a knot you can't untie with one hand).

Finally, tie your wrists in loops like in this picture
that you can get tight but not release yourself from, to ropes on
each side of your rope harness.

To get free you will need a pair of scissors, which means an
exciting walk of an hour for freedom. Can you reach goal without
having had to pee or cum along the way or cheating? If not, do it
again until you have succeeded (within a week)!

Actually looks not that hard although you wont be able to do that on yourself, as long as you are not very flexible.

To the rubber bands. I would advice against it too but also against a tight rope with no way to remove it by your own for 1 hour. Even with someone around 1 hour can be long for any restrictive breast bondage.

In addition the slings are also not the best idea in general. Because of the same reason they can by accident close so tight that it gets problems with the blood flow.
Either you have someone around that can show you how to tie them so they cant get tighter.
Basically by tying a loop several times around the wrist and tie it so it cant close and use then a sling like that to hold the loops
Or wrist armbands with a lug and padlocks.
