Make me exercise
 

I havent been active lately but i hope all of you are doing great ...
Ive been very lazy in the past few days so have gained a few many pounds
And i feel i need to be punished for that plus loose those extra pounds as well ...
I'll try complete what ever exercise punishments you give in my workout time thats ive alloted because i have studies also ... you can also give me exercise dares that i can do while studying
I dont send pictures or vids cause of some reasons .... I'll send a detailed report if youd like

Please dear Alicia - for start You need to do clamped nipples with clothes pegs ( on each nipple - three and than start some excercise - 30 squats, 15 push ups, 5 burpees and 10 glute bridge - max time of training 30 minutes first day.
