Set the timer to random
"Sender" is your e-mail
"Receiver" anyone from this thread who post their e-mail
"Subject" your gD name
Attach your humiliation pic.
Now roll a dice. That's number of minutes you can't stop the timer. So, if you roll 1, you can stop after 1 minute. If you can (you have 90% of chance not be ashamed). But if 6, you can't stop first 6 minutes (your chance is 40%).

Receiver - any e-mail from this thread.
Sender - your e-mail.
Upload your pic.
Roll a dice.
Select "random" timer.
Press "start timer".
Wait (diceroll) minutes.
If you can cancel after (diceroll) minutes, stop timer and you're free. If no, you lost and your pic get to (receiver).

I'll be the sender if anyone would like to play. We can roll a d10 beforehand to see how long I have to wait to cancel. We can also roll a d6 to see how many times I have to attempt to send a pic.
