Since you have not likes or lims in your signature, I'll try this:
Tie your balls but not too tight and place 5 pegs on your scrotum. Keep the carrots in your ass and place one in your mouth too, even if no face shown.

Put on a collar and the leash. Now attach the leash to a door handle. Setup the camera with a timer. Be in a sitting position like a dog and look at the handle. Ensure the camera can't get your face otherwise crop it out after you take the picture. Dogs don't wear clothing, so neither do you.
