Making a new Account

sorry if this probably is a common question, but I wanted to ask if it is Okay for me to make a new Account since there is no Name changing option and I'd like a new Username.

I would'nt use this Account then anymore, just wanted to get confirmation if this is okay :)

Hey, me again ^^
So I have a little Problem so I use my old Account for it.
The verification Email didnt come after over than 1 day and I cant text or post on the new Account. How can I resend the Email, I didnt find a resend button.

Verifications were working as of a couple days ago. Can you check in your spam folder? Gmail likes to put mine there.

I looked, but its not there, also Im using a service called GMX
