I would say the insects. I have a real fear of them.
I read a story once about bee sting punishments.
I am not allergic to them,but would have to take a certain number of stings and count them.

I saw this dare and wondered what it was all about.
Insects have always made me nervous but after reading these responses I can see a lot of possibilities.

It’s not quite the same, but I was once modeling for a group of artists and two flies got in the room. I had to hold pose while they walked all over my face, in my ear, etc. And, yes, one of them did venture “south” to check out my duck and pubes.

I’m proud of the fact that it was a 20-minute block and I did not break pose once.

This reminds me of an old punishment dare I saw many years ago, I don't remember where... basically, cut out a short section of a drinking straw, then slip it into your urethra.
