Usually in pitch darkness

Electric Blanket, king size duvet – like to be snuggled warmly

This varies terribly often on my back at present

2) What do you actually wear to bed? When alone, jogging bottoms and a vest top. When with company, nothing.

Maybe my cat but he sometimes jumps off after I put him down.
