Stretch my nipples
 

I have a hanger clip and it's super tight ( I can only keep it on for 2 mins) I want to train myself to take it longer. Also I can hang stuff or put the gamer on a rack to stretch my nipples which is a huge turn on for me. So dare me too keep my nipple clamps and I'll give you a detailed pm back on how it went

For 5 minutes, put the clamps on for 30 seconds and then take them off for 30 seconds. At the last 5 seconds of each time you have the clamps on, pull the hanger away from you stretching your nipples once per second. So that's 5 tugs at the end of the 30 seconds.

Put on the hanger clip
pull on the hanger to the extreme limit you can handle
count to 20 seconds before releasing the pressure
remove the clips
rub ice on both nipples for one minute
twist and pull each nipple as far as you can

Find a heavy pair of running shoes and tie the laces together. Use the hook on the hanger to pick them up and carry them from one corner of ur room to the other. Do this once for every time you hear ur name being said daily. Bonus points for a twirl as you struggle across the room

You want to increase your nipple size, use a nipple vacuum device. You can find a good set on ebay, or amazon for around 8 dollars. Also they have it for the clit, which gives you that throbbing feeling, and makes you more sensitive.

If you want to try it out before purchasing it, if you can find small shampoo bottles, travel size, and squeeze them and put them to your palm, and if they stick, they should have enough pressure for you too enjoy.
