Intense but effective personal training for female submissives
I am looking for a female sub who would take on an intense but effective workout and body treatment regime to tone up, lose weight and develop resilience to intense sensations. Your programme would consist of elements like:

Here’s another idea…
Outdoor work in a yard or garden on a hot day, either wearing minimal clothing or naked except for boots and gloves…digging, shovelling, cutting back foliage etc until thoroughly sweaty and dirty from head to foot. Then to clean up getting washed off with a powerful cold garden hose or pressure washer, standing hands on head, legs spread amongst other poses. |
Sounds kinda, Interesting, we have done yard work nude then washed each other with th pressure hose

There is a genuine spa treatment where you stand naked at the end of a corridor and get hosed down with a high-pressure jet of water. The temperature is alternated between hot and cold and the idea is to tone your body and burn fat. I've always found this to be particularly hot and kinky. For a woman it probably wouldn't be very obvious if you were turned on by this but as a man obviously it would!
