Find a sort of bucket (a plastic bottle with the upper part cut away could be good), tie three pieces of twine to it (you can do three holes near the hem of the bucket and knot there the twines), bind a clothespin at each twine end, leave the twines long enough that you can hang the bucket between your legs applying the clothespins at your labia and clit. Shower, ignoring the water that fills the bucket and enjoy the clothespins stripped away by its weight at a random moment. Apply them again and go on until you've finished showering. When it comes to wash the lower part of your body, append the bucket at your nipples and leave the shower attached above your head.

Strip to your panties before each shower and put clothespins on your nipples.
Then enter the tub, open the water tap but only wet your feets. Now piss your panties legs closed before beginning to shower.
