Battle of the genders
 

So this is similar to a game I have ran in the past - but with a twist (come on - this is me we are on about, there are ALWAYS twists)

Before you read any further, you are not welcome to play if you are currently denied, or are going to be denied during the next 21 days - once you join my game you must avoid all task that might get to denied

I am looking for upto 10 boys + 10 girls to take part in a point based game.

I will post a list of actions / tasks that have a (secerate) number of points linked to them, over a 7 day period players record all the task they have done via a google form - which will update a publically viewable score (in real time)

At the end of the week the gender with highest score will win the chance to pick some losers:

1st place in winning team get to pick 6 players from the following :
2nd to 10th place on losing team and/or 6th to 10th place on winning team

2nd place in winning team get to pick 4 players from the following :
3rd to 10th place on losing team and/or 9th to 10th place on winning team

3rd place in winning team get to pick 3 players from the following :
4th to 10th place on losing team

4th place in winning team get to pick 2 players from the following :
6th to 10th place on losing team

5th place in winning team get to pick 1 players from the following :
8th to 10th place on losing team

the losers between them will have to complete an average of the tasks completed by the winning team (note that is you are chosen multiple times as a loser, you will have to do multiple set of punishment)

There will be no way of knowing where you stand in your teams ranks, so keep earning points.

Some task will lose you points - but you must still record them


Let me know if you are interested & I will set it up (if lots of intrest I can setup multiple games)

If genders are unbalanced I will weight the scores to balance it.

Unless there are any objections - I will set this game up as 5 boys vs 5 boys (as no girls have applied)

I will give it 23 more hours and then send PM with links to all players - game will start 24 hours after that.

Remember, if you submit less than 3 boxes per submission you will be punished (this is a manual process, so wont happen straight away - but it assumes you did 100 of the most negative causing action)

As only 4 players per team

I respect and understand the 2 players who have no played after messaging me to say the lack of girls removes all intrest for them.

I am disappointed at the further 2 players that havn't had the manners to decline my offer to play.

This means we have a 2 vs 2 - which is less than ideal :(

What is the forfeit structure going to be? The old way doesn't seem to scale down to 2v2 very well.

P.s. Thanks for running this game it was a nice fun diversion for a few days.

I've completed all but 20 minutes of the kneeling, will get that done tomorrow.

No - I will not release the values - as at the minuite I can just reset the forms and make minor changes to values (with out having to reinvent the whole game)

I've completed the rest of my kneeling time. Also, thanks for the response Triangle, that totally makes sense, I was just curious.

Thanks for the game. I didn't particularly mind the lack of ladies, but would prefer that that next game waits until we have more confirmed players.

Mostly because I was looking forward to ganging up on people during the punishment phase, and with only 2 punishers, that can't really happen.

With that said, my pick for punishments are:

1) shyboy88 (seriously, I was trying to keep our score positive)
2) yan-ide
3) atownesq

When I started it was 6 vs 6 , but I get what you mean
