What's your ideal relaxation method?
 

Quite a simple question really...

How do you relax? :)

Being with my puppy, or taking a hot shower. ;) Showers are great for stress.

If it's hot: a cold bath
and
if its cold: a hot bath :D

Or just general not-waking-up-ness!

with a drink of cider :rolleyes:

If I'm stressed, I'll usually put Murderdolls on xD

And then, after about 5/10 minutes, I'll be chilled out.

If I just want to relax, I just lie on my bed, close my eyes and forget the world for a bit :)

I relax by hearing music, either that or cooking. I always lose the stress when i'm baking a cake or cooking something up.

i use the void technique from the wheel of time series,

u simply imagine a flame and feed all your empotions into it and become one with your surroundings, i find that afterwards i am quite relaxed once i stop using the void lol while in the void the idea is that u dont have empotions like that

Going out on a walk or getting away from everyone.

Killing people on the xboxor listening to music XD

When i want to chill out, i go to my room turn off the lights, lie down on my bed, get my hands warm to make the feeling more sensual then i press play on my cd player and Pink Floyd comes on, i listen to them for hours on end.

You thought i was going to say something else didn't you all, hehe, dirty minded people.

go on my roof at 11 pm and listen to lollipop over and over for an hour and then jump off the roof into the pool :D
