Ive shared this idea before, but since I hope you will perform it I will tell you as well.
First, write a comprehensive shopping list which demands a lot of time in the mall. Then take your underwear, and perhaps socks, and pee on them before stuffing them violently in your mouth. Seal with strong tape and hide your predicament behind a normal face mask(pandemic style). Similarly, tie your balls gently, insert a but plugg, and decorate your nipples with clothpegs before covering your slutty self with a long coat or something.
