Planking with long clothespins on is a fun bit of self torture. I dare you to time yourself: how long can you plank before dropping to the floor which you should do suddenly. Now, in your tired state, you have to alternate between resting on the pins or planking, and you should keep the pins on (reapplying at 90 degrees off if they fall) until your total plank time is 3 times the amount you stayed up the first time.
