I don't have small weights, so I just tied a rope between them and hung a 1lbs weight. The jumping jacks hurt like hell and one of the clamps fell off. I replaced it immediately of course. I edged twice but I'm not allowed to cum.

I had to have 2 clothespin on for five min. with no weights doing jumping jacks and then just take them off.
