just the sound is enough i think. if you listen to the hypnosis a lot, every time you hear it it will bring you back into the mindspace.

if you wanted to take it a step further, I could add the rule that everytime you do hear it, you must say YES to the next request. whatever it is.

To go well with this, listen to the hypno I'm sending you on loop before sleeping.
