I am looking for some dares to do before and after my workout maybe in the toilets and changing room of the gym

You may not wear underwear and must take viagra before working out

I will be able to do the no underwear part but I will not be able to take viagra

In combination with the 'no underwear allowed' rule, you must get a stiff one and let it soften between each kind of exercise. To elaborate, you may not continue to your next exercise without getting hard and you may not start the next exercise without getting soft first. You can use any means necessary to get hard and soft.

I will be sure to try this!
