20/F Clothing Control/Dares
 

So I have been setting dares for a while. I tin it is time to take the plunge and do some of my own.

I'm looking for some basic clothing rules/ dares for 4 circumstances:

-Work (Quiet Office)
-Home (Live alone in house, next to busy road)
-Shopping (Usually a Supermarket
-Working Out (Usually Jogging/ haven't been back to gym since lockdown)

I live in the UK and it's getting colder and wetter, so this needs to be a factor.

As mentioned, I'd like the rules to be simple to follow, I'll update the list in my signature with the ones I'm doing. I'd like them to be more original than just "no panties" though. It's not that fun and not always practical.

For your workout everything you wear should be form fitting and your underwear must be at least partially visible. Example being your thong poking out of the top of your shorts or a very loose shirt where your bra can be seen from the sides.

Thanks, I usually run a few times a week, so I'll make this a rule for at least one of those days, depending on any other workout rules or dates.

For your supermarket runs how about your pussy or ass must be filled for the duration of your trip and for every 5 items you get you must edge once in the store. If you're up for a challenge the location you edge in has to be different for every edge.

I'd be in the shop forever. I could be stuffed and edge once in the car and once in the shop, different location every visit?

I was going to suggest that you always go shopping in a skirt with no panties on, or at least something slutty like a lacy thong. You would also have to wear a plug and (this part is optional, might be too public) bend at the waist so your skirt rides up.

You can have a top, but it needs to be a tight and thin one and you can't wear a bra. So you can see you nipples sticking out.

Thanks! I've added the outfit as a rule. I'll probably wear a cotton t-shirt most times, I've got a few small ones which have been thinned by washing, as I've had them years.

For each time you go out you may wear only one of those three items: footwear, bra or underwear.
If you chose to wear a bra you will have to wear a skirt with no underwear and go barefoot.
If you chose to wear underwear you have to go barefoot and wear a top were your nipples can be seen poking thru the fabric or a see thru.
I you chose to wear shoes you will have to wear a skirt with no underwear and a see thru top without a bra.

I'm not really one for going barefoot, especially with the weather here being so wet at the moment; and see through is a bit extreme. I'd be happy to try something similar if you could make amendments. (maybe a particular type of shoe determines what underwear I can have).

You said just going without panties was boring, so let's make it a little more exciting:
Whenever you go to work, you may wear one of the following three combinations, a jacket/coat and shoes. Nothing else.

If you break this rule for any given day, you have to have something in your pussy for the entire next workday, and put on a pair of nipple clamps for 10 minutes every two hours.

1. Leggings / very tight pants, Thong / G string, butt plug, any top
2. Skirt or dress, no longer than 2/3rds down your thigh, no underwear, top must either be tight enough to reveal that you're braless to careful observers or loose enough that you might end up flashing someone
3. Skirt or dress no longer than knee length, stay-ups or stockings with garter, more makeup than you would usually apply, crop top, lingerie

You can't choose the same one more than twice a week.

Whenever you're home, you'll be naked from the waist up.
