For the first, you are to loose your clothing for 2 weeks. You will leave your home 8 hours a day, and you will not cover up. You will spend at least 3 hours a day in a public setting. Keep track of how many times you become errect (even slightly) throughout each day. At the end of each day, you will eat that many cum loads and slap your balls that many times.
