Step One: Get out your vibrator and get down to your panties.

Do this until you:

A.) Get so wet that you can feel yourself start to drip.

B.) Feel like direct contact with your clit will result in an instant orgasms.

Step Three: Turn it all the way up on high.

Hold it directly on your clit. Your not allowed to move the vibrator or twist it, just hold it firmly in place. Count in seconds how long you can hold it there. (Out loud if you can.)

Once your close pull it away and turn it down a notch. Repeat several times until your back down at the lowest setting. It might get so that even one second on the lowest setting feels like it will make you cum.

Step Four: Back up on High. (Or the highest setting you think you can stand.)

Now push a finger (or two..) inside yourself and squeeze down tightly around it. Don’t move it, just hold it tightly. Now press the vibrator on your clit and rub with it on high.

Step Five: Don’t pull the vibrator off your clit.
