basically just like every other looser has to but with enemas, but with a twist. If 2 people or more post that they are in then the chooser can choose multiple loosers or winners.
For example.
Person 1: looser must take a 1L warm water salt enema and hold it for a period determined by winner
Person 2: I'm in
Person 3: I'm in
Person 4: persons 1&2 win
Now the person that looses has to do the dare 2 times.

looser must take a 1L enema with ginger powder. Winner can decide if looser must release into toilet or a diaper.

loser must take a 1l enema (Fluid choosen by winner) and hold it for 1h.
If the loser releases early the winner can decide a punishment .
