Vegetables- Potatoes Fruit- Cherries Dairy- Cheese Protein- Such a hard one to pick 1 really love bacon but I have to go with chicken Fats/Oils- hopefully cheese cake counts for this category? |
Grains-whole wheat bread for toast
vegetable-corn fruit-watermelon dairy-tough choice between cheese and ice cream protien-roastbeef fats/oils-not sure |
