I haven't seen an excersise person above yet and I apologize in advance if I'm mistaken :p
Just give the person above an excersise to do and how many to do. So off we go! What excersise will I get? :D |

Do 50 press ups while naked, but place either a bowl of your own pee or a pair of used smelly socks where your head is going to be (so everytime you go down your face is covered in pee or you get a whiff of the smell from your socks. (alternatively you could just put your face near the bowl of pee rather than in it).

1. Push ups 2. Sit ups 3. Wall sits 4. Running (in place if u want) 5. Jumping jacks 6. All of the above If you roll 1,2,or 5 roll two dice add the number together and multiply by two.
