Drink one cup of coffee and then more than 3 glass of water. Wait 30 minutes.
Piss in bottle or big cup, smell it 1 minute then do couple of gulps. (if it tasty take cup all down)

Piss inside a half-full bottle of whatever softdrink you prefer and drink the mixture within the same day. (amount of pee is at your choice, but should be at least a little 100ml.)

Pee in a large glass or bowl, put a dirty sock in there and get it soaked. Wring it out and let the pee flow in the glass or bowl again. This is your pee cocktail to drink.

First hour after waking up you are to drink every drop of pee that leaves your body

Fill half a glass with pee and kneel down in front of your toilet. Take a sip and roll a die. If it's even, you can spit it out. If it's odd, you have to swallow. Repeat until the glass is empty.

Fill a liter bottle to the top with piss. Cap it and wait for it to cool fully. Once it's at room temperature, gulp the whole bottle down. You may not pause at any point during the drinking.

Fill a water bottle with 50% pee and 50% water, go for a run or an intense walk. You can't stop until you have completed your drink.

If too public take a crossfit video from youtube and use that as an excercise

PS make sure to properly re hydrate after the excercise

You must make a serving of pasta with your pee, and eat it.

Take a big mouthful of pee. Keep it in your mouth and swish it around like mouthwash for 2 full minutes before swallowing

The mouthwash gave me an idea. Pee in a glass and then put your toothbrush in there for 5 minutes.
