Sarah was in "Five Doctors", yeah. (Jo wasn't.) But in a really bad way as the writing for her (and acting) was a bit shit. That, and fandom tends to believe everyone got a mind wipe, except for the Doctor, Tegan and Turlough.

Tegan knows the Brigadier as they met in "Mawdryn Undead".

The Dalek was a left-over from the Game of Rassilon, as were the Cybermen and the Raston Warrior Robot. And the Yeti.
