Wear your swimsuit for a week. Each day roll a dice: this is the number of hours you will have to wear a swim cap, goggles and fins too. If you don't have them go get them!

You will put on a 1 piece swimsuit and fill it with shaving foam before taping it shut and putting clothes on over the top of it and go shopping for atleast an hour

Lets make overnight oats !

Before bed, get two big boxes of porridge oats and fill your swimsuit as much as possible with the dry oats. now take a bath but dont let anything escape! tape up the legs if you can. When you have made porridge, put on pajamas over the top and go to sleep.

in the morning add a jar or bottle of your favourite topping (jam or honey) and mix it in.

You are wearing your breakfast and lunch. Enjoy :]:p:p

Do a photo shoot in your one piece and post your favorite as your phone or computer background for a week.

Wear your swimsuit for 24 hours. Do remove it only to go to the bathroom. Every hour you will get something to put in the front and back of your swimimg suit. No cleaning u til the time is up!

You must wear yours underneath a white shirt whenever you go out for the next week. That makes there a small risk someone could see through your shirt
