An anal variation:
Winner gives loser a 1 point anal pain dare, a 2 point anal pain dare and a 3 point anal pain dare. Loser chooses one and winner chooses one of the remaining two.

They play three rounds like this and whoever has the most points at the end, gives the other one a week long pain rule. If they end up even, they play a last round to decide the winner

New dare: Every 2 minutes, flip a coin. Heads means nipple clamps on, tails is off. If you flip heads and the clamps are already on, attach a weight or pull on them. Winner gets to decide how long the game lasts.
