Give yourself a 1L milk and molasses enema ensuring that it goes deep in your colon, and hold it. While holding, you must masturbate to orgasm. When you orgasm you are allowed to expel. However, if you expel early, you may not orgasm for the next eight days. Instead, you must edge 3 times each day spread out over the day.

Give yourself a 1L hot soapy water enema and put on a diaper. You must hold it for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes you may take off the diaper and release, if you fail to hold it, you must release in the diaper and keep wearing the diaper for another 10x how many minutes you had left. e.g. If you released at 20 minutes, then wear for 100 minutes; if 29 minutes, then wear 10 minutes.

It has been a while since I have given myself an enema, so I won't be able to hold for as long as usual, but you can still get creative.

Basic cold water enema. As much as you can take, plug yourself and hold until your explode.

Start with a slow 15-minute retention warm 1-liter enema, expel, and insert your favorite toy for 45 minutes. Next, take a 0.75 Liter enema, hold for 20 minutes, expel, and play with your next largest toy for 30 minutes.

Do one cleaning enema before you begin, as well as drink one liter of water.

Your first goal is to wait 3 hours without peeing, every 30 minutes you'll have to roll for an activity below. If you pee/mess yourself before time is up, not only do you have to restart, but you'll have to keep that diaper on until you succeed.

1: Drink a glass of water
2: Do 20 jumping jacks
3: Drink two glasses of water
4: Spin and do whatever wedgie you get (if you can't do it, drink a glass of water and spin again)
5: Send someone a pic of your diaper, you can't say/explain anything else, even if they ask questions (emojis are allowed)
6: Go for a walk; set a timer for 30 minutes, and this timer for 5 minutes to 20 minutes. When the timer goes off flip a coin; Heads, you have to be at least 1 mile out; Tails, you have to get home before the 30 minute timer is up; Failure with either means, wherever you are, release and wet/mess yourself right there and then restart the entire dare.

Once 4 hours are up, you get to pee... but only in your enema bag. Use that to fill your ass, and then repeat the dare above for 2 hours. Same rules apply, wet or mess and you restart.

You can expell early, but you'll have to expell it all over yourself and redo the dare but doubling the ingredients and half the time.

Do a 1l enema of warm water and soap hold it for 20 minutes and you must orgasm 2 times before you expell

Take a 2 Liter cold water enema and hold until you orgasmed at least once

500ml milk enema and a banana cut into chunks.
put on cute panties and leggings/tights - these stay on for 30 minutes.
