Hi,

Get two clamps with a cord attached on them.Put on each nipple.
Now get some clothes hanger. And put hanger on the cord. The nipples will stretch. Keep putting them until you scream.

Every time you brush your teeth you must brush your nipples too, with toothpaste. Rub hard to make sure they're clean, and remember the recommended two minutes!

Use a scrubbing brush or scouring pad on your nipples for 3 minutes 3 times a day for next 3 days.

Wear sandpaper in your bra for a minimum of 3 hours as you go about your day.

Put bobbypins on your nipples for 45 minutes as you go about your day.

Rub a good amount of hot chili sauce onto your nipples, followed by dipping them into ice cold soda water.. Finish by pinching them really hard for 50 times

Put four boardpin inside ur bra such that one each pokes ur nipple and two other your areola.

put 1 peg on each nipple and rip them off once pulling, once slapping and once turning them. repeat it 20 times

Get naked and Put body paint on your nipples, and use them to draw a big smily face on your flat front window. now clean the paint with alchol, then slap them 20 times.

30 pops each nipple with a rubberband.

Melt wax onto each nipple for 5 minutes, then spank it off with the implement of your choice.
If it's not enough, do it again. ;)
