General dare for ever girl in this thread:

136 jumping jacks. I did them really slowly. It made it more painful but less likely to lose clamps. I was confused by the final part. I lost 6 clamps during my jumping jacks. So does this mean I do the "3 or more" part? Please let me know so I can complete this final part as i skipped it because I wasnt sure what it meant
