Put on a diaper. You have to wear the diaper until You pee in it so many times that weight of the pee makes it sag down and fall off of You. Until that time, You are not to remove the diaper for any reason.

Before you take a shower, put on a pair of white briefs and piss in them. Stash them away somewhere. Everytime you take a shower you must piss in those briefs and stash them away without cleaning them. Do this for 5 days.

simple one for you, Whenever you need to pee for the next 2 days you have to go through whatever underwear you have on and put your hand down the front when you do it.

next time you need to pee, pee into an ice cube tray of something similar and freeze it, then for the next whole day you must use your pisscubes in your drinks.
