u have to give urself a regular one and then u have to put wax on them and wait till it dries and then peel it off and then u have to sleep with the clamps on ur nips for the rest of the week and it has to be a paper clip or clothes or something and cannot take it off what so ever

Get a hairbrush and smack your left nipple 20 times. Then snap a rubberband 10 times on your right nipple.

Put a clothespin on each nipple. After 5 minutes rip them off and snap a rubberband on each nipple 5 times.

Get some strong clothes pins and smack each nipple 25 time hard then put clothes pins on each nipple as many as you can fit and tie a rope on then not long enough to reach the floor standing then tie a heavy weight or object and leave the clamps on for 20 mins then drop the object

u have to get naked and give urself an atomic wedgie with some purple nurples by some binder clips for 5 hrs
