I do like to revive this every once in a while and I like done of the things you did, so here goes.

When you wake up drink one glass every hour plus one glass every time you have relieved yourself. All other beverage at own "risk" :-)

The first time you pee you must pinch your nipples hard while you pee.

The next time you go you must flick your cockhead 10 times before you pee and 10 times after. Continue to alternate between nipples and cock throughout the day.
