Take a large bowl. You can only pee in the bowl while naked and squatting over it with your hands in your neck.

Everytime you need to pee, find a big enough bottle, get into bed and pee into the bottle. Once you have completed that you can empty the bottle however wherever you like. Do this for 3 days.
