"I started the workout with 2times 50 seconds planks to get those done followed up by 3 sets of 15 glute bridges. They sound and look so easy but a set starts burning quite quickly! After those two I stripped down and put on the Nipple Clamps with Bells as it was time for making use of the first addition. I did my 45 Jumping jacks, making some nice noises, and was able to cross of the 90 from the total.
The next exercise I did were Squats. 2 sets of 15 each. After 10 Pushups i was completely out of breath and decided to stop I did 6 more Deepthroats with each around 7 seconds to challenge myself I'm also plugged since 4 hours ago and will update the number once I take it out to swap it to a smaller one for sleeping more comfortably C:" I'll be keeping the burpees in mind, might be adding them after i finished moving in the middle of the month as I have not so soundproof floor and dont want to annoy my neighbors too much on the last couple of days c: Quote:
