"I started the workout with 2times 50 seconds planks to get those done followed up by 3 sets of 15 glute bridges. They sound and look so easy but a set starts burning quite quickly! After those two I stripped down and put on the Nipple Clamps with Bells as it was time for making use of the first addition. I did my 45 Jumping jacks, making some nice noises, and was able to cross of the 90 from the total.
The next exercise I did were Squats. 2 sets of 15 each. After 10 Pushups i was completely out of breath and decided to stop

I did 6 more Deepthroats with each around 7 seconds to challenge myself I'm also plugged since 4 hours ago and will update the number once I take it out to swap it to a smaller one for sleeping more comfortably C:"


I'll be keeping the burpees in mind, might be adding them after i finished moving in the middle of the month as I have not so soundproof floor and dont want to annoy my neighbors too much on the last couple of days c:

Its an interesting idea for squats but CBT is something i cant handle which is the reason for it being in my limits c:

Sorry about that. I didn't check your list, but figured if the planks were OK than that would be too. (That is why I did not suggest a 10-pound weight!)

I will try to think of something else fun or at least distracting for you....

I would like to add jogging to the regiment.

For future consideration, you should add Burpees!

As in you want me to do the jogging in my workout outfit or for the planks :thinking:


I'll add burpees after moving so starting from the 12th c:
