Pee and poop in a transparent bucket or something like that for a couple of days, and the dunk your head in it for as long as you can hold your breath. Do this 3 times. If you are capable, drink as much as possible of it.

Fresh pee and poop is relatively safe to to do that kinda stuff with. But when its left out for more than a few hours, and mixed it becomes dangerous, its why sewers are full so so many harmful things.

Maybe alter the task to be more of an attack on the other senses (Mainly smell and touch), and you have a much safer, and potentially more humiliating task.

Have your master tie you and your arms to a chair. Your master will then poop on a plate. They will then, with a spoon, force feed you.

This onr starts when you wake up day 1 you will pee and poop in a bucket all day right until your first poop of day 2 so a good 24 hours mess. Stir it all up and you have 24 hours to consume. If ur sick do it in your bowl and amd further pee / poop also goes in the bowl. Links to your videos and this one appreciated!

Shit in a bowl or on a plate. Let's put it in the freezer.
Once frozen, break up the shut and place it in your underwear. Clean your hands with your mouth, and no rinsing mouth or spitting.
After 2 hours you can remove the shit, but can not change underwear for another 2 hours.
