I've finished my first day of this painful torture and it hurt so much! I broke it into 2 sessions of 18 and 20 minutes. And due to a pm, I had my nipples clipped as well!

Bind each breast TIGHTLY and wear nipple clamps. Then do a 34 minute workout where you do a series of exercises. Any time the clamps or bindings come off, you do that exercise double again after the original 34 minutes are up.

arrange clothes pegs clipped to your nipple in the shape of the cup size (C/D as appropriate). Smack off with spatula/ruler/wooden spoon then replace using the number from your bra size (32/36).
