Sexysoni,
Bind each breast TIGHTLY and wear nipple clamps. Then do a 34 minute workout where you do a series of exercises. Any time the clamps or bindings come off, you do that exercise double again after the original 34 minutes are up. Have fun ad PM me a report when you are done! |

arrange clothes pegs clipped to your nipple in the shape of the cup size (C/D as appropriate). Smack off with spatula/ruler/wooden spoon then replace using the number from your bra size (32/36). Have fun! |
