Hey! So question...

I was updating my blog post with the final totals, since I just realized I'd only done up to the post before the final one. (It's linked in main post so good to have final totals there). While doing that, I noticed that you put 1,300 swats per cheek for 8 months for the Good Morning goal. Does that mean for that one you are both doing more spanks and adding more time in months that you have to do it? Whereas, with the hanging one, it's just more months?

If that's the case, I do love that the extra votes beyond 1,200 count for something ;)

That's correct! I considered doing the same thing for the hanging wedgie, but I was worried about the time commitment. Not that I don't want to hang for longer (lol) but who knows what my life will look like in 6 months or a year... anything more than 3 hours could be too hard to juggle.

Hi everyone!

I know this update is long overdue. But you know, have to build up the anticipation. Work the crowd. Something like that. Anyway...

So, after a bit of a delay (I got sick), I did end up completing all of the regular tasks, though it was past the deadline of December 11th. This resulted in 2 categories (rosy cheeks and sniff sniff) having their remaining totals doubled. Rosy cheeks was mostly complete at that point, so I didn't get too many extra spanks, but I hadn't even started sniff sniff yet, so that one had its entire total doubled. I'm very familiar the smell of those socks now, if anyone is wondering. Like, burned into my memory for the rest of my life kind of familiar. Really can't emphasize enough how well acquainted I am with the smell of those socks.

I started my daily tasks (1,300 swats per cheek with a wooden spoon every morning, 40 swirlies every night, and 3 hours in a hanging wedgie every day) on December 15th. I completed these daily until December 22nd, when I had to pause for the holidays.

Around this time, I started to reconsider how much time I could commit to these tasks given personal and work obligations. Not to mention I had very little time for any other task assignments I received. I really did enjoy performing these tasks, but I started to worry that I wouldn't have much (or any) time left over for other long or challenging dares.

I expressed these concerns to Somekindofcreature who was generous enough to offer a harsh punishment. As a consequence for not being able to commit to these tasks, she has instructed me to complete an 8 hour hanging wedgie. While I am hanging, I will drink 24 oz of water in the first hour, and 64 oz of water over the course of the following 7. I will not be allowed to get down to pee, so a bucket will be placed under where I am hanging. She was kind enough to allow me to take some snacks with me, and asked if I wanted something tasty or gross. I said that I would prefer something gross (glutton for punishment... lol) so I will be snacking on a stick of butter while I hang. *gag*

Somekindofcreature has also instructed me to draw a cat nose and cat whiskers on my face before I hang. So humiliating, but honestly really cute too.

The punishment will be completed on Monday, January 1st.

I apologize for having to tap out on this... I really did enjoy it, but I also want to complete other fun tasks for you guys too, and that just wasn't going to be possible while staying committed to these tasks. Thank you so much to Somekindofcreature for being so incredibly devious and thinking up with a wonderfully cruel punishment! If I start gushing now, I won't stop, so I'll end this here.
