he must take a potato peeler and peel a bar of soap. you can use a knife too but be careful. get all of those strips. you have to put one on your upper and lower gums for 10 minutes avery hour until its gone. you don't have to do it when you sleep but you can. same goes for when you are at work.

Lose must add 1 tbsp dish soap to 4 16 oz cups and add HOT water. Once the cup is full loser will transfer all the soapy water to a sink using a straw to suck up the soapy water. If within limits pic proof must be provided.
