Push-ups 10 reps
Planks 20 seconds
bowl of ice water (and ice cubes) for your genitals to soak in
Side Planks 15 seconds each
Squats 15 reps
Jumping Jacks 30 reps
Wearing Nippleclamps with Bells
Glute Bridges 15 reps
Lunges, Hands behind head 20 Reps each
Jogging 200 meters
Stretching 15 minutes


Just a reminder the addition are voluntairy for me. If I do them, each rep counts as two but i can choose not to do them ^^





I wont be adding Situps/Crunches as its an exercise I just cant seem to do correctly which leads to me hating them and being demotivated by doing them, sorry!
