Next time you use the bathroom, poop onto a plate. Hold it right next to your nose and lips, as close as you can without touching the shit, for 5 minutes. Be sure to breathe through your nose so you can really appreciate your descent into scat play. After 5 minutes, touch your nose to your shit. You can dispose of the poop at that point, but you must not clean your nose for 5 more minutes.

Take a shit onto a plate for the next 20 minutes lay flat on your tummy with your hands (tied) on your back, the only thing keeping your face out of your pile is your muscles and willpower. Even if you do dip your face in you'll stay like that for the remaining time.
When the timer rings I want you to try and move all the shit to the toilet with your mouth without getting your hands of your back. If it's too much, lick the pile once and clean up.

Poop yourself fully dressed, then sit down on the toilet (in your underwear) with your cockgag in your mouth. Keep your poop in your pants and gag in your mouth until you pee yourself, after which you may clean yourself up.

When you feel the urge to poop, remove all your clothes, grab a bowl from the kitchen and kneel in front of it. Get yourself in the mood by giving me 2 edges, with a 30 second break in between.

Now, squat over the bowl and poop into it, making sure not to get any over the sides. Kneel down, get your face up close to the bowl and take in deep breaths as you give me one more edge.

Now hold your hands tightly behind your back, lean into the bowl
