The total time can be split into how many sessions you want in how many days you want (with exception of today/tomorrow due to that post). But your denial won't end until you complete the whole time. While watching it you will play with your nipples but without any other stimulation. You will sit or kneel with legs spread so you can't even press the thighs together or hump anything or so. Is that ok? 🙂
