If it was allowed and not viewed as wrong, Sam's slut would pick bottomless, just because it gets cold here in the winter, and can cope in cold better bottomless than topless!

Permanently topless/bottomless I would pick topless as it is much more normal, especially for males. I could also always go bottomless if I was feeling adventurous.

As much as I love having my privates exposed, I have to say topless. It'd be incredibly uncomfortable to constantly be sitting my bare ass/nuts down on dirty chairs in public and I'd also feel like winnie the pooh all the time because I'd be wearing a shirt and never pants. At least topless I can still kind of function in society (as a man). I feel like this question is harder for the ladies though, since you ladies have private parts top and bottom :p
