I really wanted to vote for Miss Butterfly's feet, but Pariah's pics were just too unique to pass on.

I didn't choose to break the tie as my vote was either going to be for Mr.Devious or Pariah. I voted on the person who had less votes. That picture deserves more than 0 votes for sure. (First time I ever had a smile from a cock.)
