You must drink an 8oz glass of <insert liquid here that makes you need to pee> every half hour until you have a reasonable need to pee. Once you accomplish that, you cannot pee for 4 hours, and must continue to drink the liquid as before until time is up or you have an accident.

Until you consumed 3 liters of water + 1 hour you are not allowed to pee
